He has 15+ years of experience in the information and communications technologies (ICT), digital identity & biometrics, data portability & interoperability, geospacial analytics, digital finance, and financial inclusion. Broad experience working in Sub-Saharan Africa, Asia Pacific and Europe in both public and private sectors. Former U.S. Foreign Service Officer with USAID (served in Thailand and Rwanda). Przemek is a fan of emerging technologies + open standards + working with start-ups in various fields/sectors; and enjoys reading anti-utopian literature.
