Topics should be Python-related (and Python adjacent), examples of topics (not extensive):-
- Found a Python library you are excited to share?
- A project you want to show and tell, e.g. OSS, creative technology, etc
- Talk about how you use Python in your work and/or personal projects
- Show and Tell, and even ask for help
❌ Note: We are not accepting talks on the following topics, we suggest that you submit talks related to topics below to Python Ireland and/or PyData Ireland:
- AI (including GenAI)
- LLM
- Note: In general, Data Science related talks are better targeted at PyData Ireland
Audience:
- We have people from no experience right up to industry experts.
Talk lengths:
- We prefer short talks (5 mins up - 30 mins max). If you have more to show and talk about, take advantage of the rest of the evening after the talks in your own breakout session. We actively encourage further discussions.
Location:
- If possible, we would like to have speakers based in Ireland, for in-person, Dublin would be ideal.
🚨 If you outside of Dublin, please let us know in your submission as we will need to setup additional supports and will need to let our hosts know in advance.
❌ We don't accept talks outside of Ireland as we want to promote Irish-based Pythonistas.
❌ We cannot cover any travel or accommodation, we are a zero-budget organisation.
