Qing is Managing Director at LDV Partners, where she leads investment, firm strategy, and ecosystem development. She backs and partners with founders building category-defining companies across AI infrastructure, robotics, and frontier technologies shaping the next industrial era.

She serves on the boards of both public and private companies and has held CXO roles as a venture builder, scaling companies from breakthrough research and patented innovation into market-leading platforms.

Qing is a member of the Global Future Council on Generative Biology at the World Economic Forum and a guest speaker at Columbia Business School. Earlier in her career, she was a physician at Singapore General Hospital and a research scholar of computational biology at the Broad Institute. She holds a BS in Biology and an MD from Tsinghua University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
