Rachel Foster earned a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from Michigan State University and a Master’s in Computer Science from Georgia Tech. She taught Software Engineering at Kennesaw State University for two years. More importantly, Rachel has more than three decades of experience working in the tech industry and viewing it from the rare insider perspective of a Black woman.

Rachel is passionate about increasing diversity in tech because she knows firsthand how isolating it can be to work in an industry without that kind of representation.
