I've co-founded Startup X, a global non-profit that empowered entrepreneurs through initiatives like Startup Pirates - a pre-acceleration program active in 40+ cities - and PortugalStartups.com, a leading news platform for the Portuguese startup ecosystem (acquired by Espacio).
Previously served as Head of Tech Experimentation at Porto Digital, where I collaborated with startups to pilot emerging technologies in the city of Porto. My work led to the development of both internal tools—like the city’s electric scooter monitoring platform—and public-facing platforms such as Explore Porto.
Currently, I'm the Head of Labs & AI Transformation (L.AIT) at MC Digital (MC Sonae), a team with a dual mission: pushing the boundaries of tech experimentation and accelerating the adoption of Artificial Intelligence across MC Digital and MC.
