You are a seasoned agile professional, perhaps a Scrum master or a product owner for several years. However, how is your journey and achievements in the realm of your industry. How are you tracking and reaching milestones in the domains of people, product, process and technology?

This session targets Scrum masters, Product owners, agile teams to plan their journey to the next level, how to be a generalist by cross training, up skilling and adding value to their skill set offerings.

This session will include some insights from my personal journey for the role transformation. The takeaways will include tips and suggestions to make that journey and how one can become "Market proof" - being a specialist and also be a generalist at the same time.
