I am a highly motivated, results oriented software engineering executive with over 25 years of experience in various roles both with large scale corporations and in start-up business environments internationally. I possess broad IT & SaaS management and software engineering background, focused skills in managing worldwide organizations with an emphasis on continuous efficiency improvements as well as direct customer interaction. After overall 22 years with IBM of which I spent the last 13 years in the USA I took a new challenge as DevOps Champion and CI/CD Evangelist with ETAS GmbH in Sept 2018 and support ETAS' and Bosch’s transformation towards a leading AIOT company.
