Rajesh is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in Silicon Valley's high-tech industry, specializing in software engineering. Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Organizational Systems and Leadership, his research focuses on mindful leadership in high-tech engineering organizations.

He has held significant positions at renowned companies such as HP, VMware, and ScienceLogic, where he served as Vice President of Engineering.

A certified yoga and meditation instructor with over two decades of practice, Rajesh teaches yoga and meditation at a substance de-addiction center.

He holds a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from San Jose State University, a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Madras, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Mahatma Gandhi University.
