Rakesh has a distinguished track record of building and leading high-performing global teams across the U.S., India, and Europe. He has scaled quality platforms that support more than 300 test pipelines and 3000+ daily E2E test executions, helping organizations transition from monthly to daily releases without sacrificing quality. His leadership at Bread Financial also includes the creation of Master Control, a no-touch release platform, and a Unified Quality Portal that reduced production escapes by 75%.
