Ramakrishna Penaganti is a Senior Integration Architect and Product Designer with over 18 years of experience delivering large-scale enterprise integration solutions across finance, telecom, and aviation sectors. Currently at Toyota Financial Services (TMCC), he spearheads the design and development of a multi-region, multi-currency Payment and Subscription Platform that processes over $40 billion in transactions annually.
His expertise spans AI/ML-driven integration, API platform strategy, cloud-native architectures, DevOps, and complex payment and billing ecosystems. Ramakrishna has a proven track record of architecting highly available, secure, and scalable payment infrastructures using technologies such as Zuora, Stripe, MuleSoft, Spring Boot, AWS, and Kafka.
He has led multiple global digital transformation initiatives, including API gateway migrations, event-driven architectures, and real-time AI-powered fraud and anomaly detection systems, all while ensuring strict PCI-DSS and GDPR compliance.
Ramakrishna is certified in MuleSoft, Kong, Solace, and TIBCO, and is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Program in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning at the University of Texas at Austin (McCombs School of Business). He holds a B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from JNTU Hyderabad.
