After spending the last 15 years in the Transportation and Commercial Equipment Rental industries, Ramiro Lepe is now focused on helping Medium and Heavy-Duty Fleets transition to electric through Southern California Edison’s low to no-cost EV infrastructure installation program, Charge Ready Transport. Having worked with some of the industry’s largest fleets and knowing the unique challenges that they face when undertaking an electrification initiative, Ramiro’s mission is to demystify SCE’s various Fleet Electrification programs, and the EV infrastructure installation process. Ramiro represents SCE’s Charge Ready Transport program in a Senior Advisor capacity, and he earned his MBA from the University of Redlands, which coupled with his extensive fleet background, makes for a truly unique customer experience. Charge Ready Transport has a goal of installing infrastructure to support the electrification of 870 sites for a total of 8,490 Medium & Heavy-Duty Vehicles. The program offers an array of benefits to include two infrastructure installation options, commercial TOU rates, demand charge holidays, and charger hardware rebates (for eligible customers).
