Raphael Varieras is SVP of AI & Data at Zello, where he leads the data, analytics, and AI function. He built Zello's data stack from scratch - dbt, Snowflake, and a growing set of AI-powered tools that help teams across the company work smarter. Before Zello, he worked across data engineering, analytics, and growth at companies ranging from early-stage startups to enterprise. He's particularly interested in how small data teams can punch above their weight by building smart infrastructure instead of hiring more people.
