I've always been into arts, so the design field was a natural path for me. Besides my "Mad Men" spirit, Improving UX/UI on big companies also drives me to go to work, so Design Ops it's a good way for me to put that into practice.
I'm doing Design Ops at the moment, more directly with MAN Truck and Bus, inside Volkswagen Group, building a design system, and managing Design Ops topics.
