Rashmi Chaturvedi is a Secondary Mathematics Teacher and a Teacher Trainer with the Ministry of Education, UAE. She is also a Doctoral Candidate in Curriculum Studies and Learning Sciences. With over 18 years of experience in mathematics education, she has taught across secondary grades while supporting teachers through curriculum implementation, instructional coaching, and professional learning initiatives.

Passionate about making mathematics accessible without compromising rigor, Rashmi specializes in mathematical discourse, formative assessment, procedural fluency, and inclusive teaching practices that promote deep conceptual understanding. She has designed and facilitated professional development programs, presented at educational conferences and webinars, and worked with educators to implement practical, evidence-informed strategies that enhance student engagement and achievement.

Her doctoral research explores culturally and linguistically responsive mathematics instruction in multilingual classrooms, bridging educational research with everyday teaching practice.
