Currently serving as Director of Software Engineering at GoodLeap, he leads cross-functional teams building next-generation payments infrastructure and consumer lending products for one of the leading residential solar financing companies in the United States.
Ravi brings a rare combination of deep technical acumen and strategic business thinking, enabling him to translate complex engineering challenges into measurable outcomes. At GoodLeap, he built a new payments gateway powered by Stripe, reduced fraudulent loan applications from 5% to under 3% using AI-driven ID verification, and delivered an 11% increase in loan volume — all while improving customer satisfaction scores and reducing loan decision latency to under 10 seconds.
Before GoodLeap, Ravi held Director-level engineering roles at Twitch/Amazon and Amobee, where he oversaw large-scale ad serving systems processing millions of requests per second and led teams of up to 40 engineers.
