He currently serves as Senior Manager, Software Development Engineering at Expedia Group, where he leads strategic digital finance and loyalty initiatives.

Ravindra has extensive expertise in fintech and BFSI domains, with deep knowledge of card processing, core banking, payments, settlements, forex, stock exchanges, and loyalty systems. He has designed and launched large-scale platforms, including a co-branded credit card in collaboration with Wells Fargo, projected to generate significant revenue, and modernized loyalty solutions supporting unified brand ecosystems. His technical proficiency spans Java/J2EE, Kotlin, cloud technologies such as AWS, distributed systems, and enterprise observability tools.
