Raviv is the founder of Astra, where he collaborates with R&D teams to strengthen their engineering and technical brands through tech blogs, events, Tech PR, and educational initiatives. Prior to Astra, Raviv built Riskified’s Tech sub-brand and established the company’s DevRel domain, while also leading a group as Director of People Brand & Experience. Before that, at Wix, he led the Be’er Sheva R&D site and later managed the company’s Global Frontend Operations. Raviv has organized and managed leading tech conferences, including Scalapeno, YGLF, hayaData, and PlatforMa. Passionate about community building and knowledge sharing, he frequently speaks at industry events. In his free time, he enjoys playing the bass guitar and expanding his Funko POP collection.
