She creates a safe and fun environment for experimentation to enable autonomous high performing teams. Beyond her professional commitments, Rebecca is dedicated to community and personal development. As an ICF-accredited coach, she volunteers at Stockport Women's Centre, offering life coaching. She is also an active member of regional communities of practice.
