Becky has worked at Redgate for almost 9 years, starting in the renewals team in the Sales department before moving into Marketing after a few years. She has had a range of roles within marketing that has mainly focused around campaigns that generate leads for our regional sales teams- driving pipeline and revenue for our Redgate offering. Her continued collaboration with sales has built strong relationships between departments and a great understanding of how the two departments can work together to find success. Her most recent role has moved her into a newly established Center of Excellence team which aims to optimize, standardize, and document our revenue marketing processes, ensuring that we can scale effectively as a team, instilling best practices that will result in more revenue for Redgate.
Alongside her marketing role, you might be more familiar with Becky via her FGF activities. She has been in the team for almost her entire time at Redgate and creating those "Redgate Magic" moments (from Christmas parties to MHAW) has been a real highlight in her career here.
