Reeva is a first-gen undergraduate student passionate about the intersection of business, technology, and community empowerment. 

She is deeply committed to advancing gender diversity in the field of technology. Serving as the National Executive Director of the non-profit organization Girl Genius, Reeva leads a team of 200+ female change-makers and works towards shaping a world where every girl can pursue her technical aspirations with confidence. At Girl Genius, Reeva has empowered 460,000+ girls through hackathons, workshops, and stem content on social media and expanded the organization to 40+ chapters worldwide. She has also served as a National Teen Advisory Board Member of Techgirlz and the Co-President of the Girls Who Code Chapter at her school, empowering girls to pursue their aspirations in STEM in her community and beyond. Furthermore, Reeva runs the Girls Rise 4 Responsible AI Initiative, one of the largest all-female led AI awareness movements advocating for AI education and algorithmic equity.

As an enthusiastic advocate for diversity, inclusivity, and accessibility, Reeva leverages her platform as a public speaker to address these critical issues. She has spoken to 8000+ individuals worldwide through panels, workshops, and conferences, and currently, she is collaborating with UN Committees to craft policy plan recommendations aimed at shaping a more inclusive and equitable future for technology and the workforce.
