As an entrepreneur, I know physical en mental health is very important. Not only for myself but also the people working at Infocaster Webagency. Infocaster, based in Arnhem NL since 2004, has grown up to 30 collegues, building interactive websolutions for customers in various markets using Umbraco and .NET technology. My role is helping organizations getting grip on their goals and achieving them via online communication.

In my own time I pay a lot of attention to being vital, fit and active. By going outside every day, exercising or walking, I stay optimally fit, both physically and mentally. In addition to my work life, I am the father of two daughters and a triathlete. I have 4-5 triathlons a year, the maximum distance I do is 70.3, in addition to the competition I also participate in.
