Renan Serrano is a founding growth operator and AI/ML researcher based in the Bay Area, working at the intersection of agent benchmarking, adversarial evaluation, and frontier AI go-to-market.

He was the first team member at AthenaHQ (YC W25), where he grew the company from 0 to $2.5M ARR in 12 months, shipped 34% of all production deployments in the first three months, and designed the AEO/GEO/SEO motion that became its primary acquisition engine — closing and retaining Fortune 500 logos including Twilio, Sanofi, PagerDuty, L'Oréal, and RGA.

As a consultant he co-designed the brand positioning and ABM motion that closed an Anthropic contract, and as an IC authored adversarial tasks and verifiers where frontier models fail on Computer-Use Agents, building GUI environments and a sandboxed monorepo runner for OpenAI, Google DeepMind, and xAI.

He is currently working on Revisioning.ai (legal benchmarks via RL + rubric-based evaluation in domains where frontier labs do not know the correct answer) and Future Principle (strategic-manifold simulations for Big Four decision-making).

He is a Anthropic Partner, Certified Clay GTM Engineer (1st Cohort), contributor to the Harvey legal benchmark, Reforge author (reverse GTM, persona heatmap, AI implementation).

US patent holder (US20230348819A1). Two-time founder and TEDx, SXSW, and Japan House speaker.
