Renee Anorue is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, speaker, certified herbalist, consultant, and the founder of Core Therapy & Healing, a private practice providing culturally informed mental health treatment to individuals ages 14–40. With over 10 years of experience, she delivers culturally informed mental health talks and workshops that translate therapy concepts into relatable, actionable strategies; empowering diverse audiences to feel seen, better understand their mental health, prioritize their wellbeing, and leave with tools they can use right away.

Renee combines her clinical expertise with her own lived experience to address topics such as anxiety, self-care for entrepreneurs and leaders, herbalism’s impact on mental health and sustainable wellness practices, among other topics, ensuring every person leaves with more than they came with.

As a Caribbean-American woman, she brings a deep understanding of the impact of culture, identity, and community on the healing journey. No matter the presentation format, Renee delivers psychoeducation with passion and cultural awareness, ensuring audiences feel supported and inspired to take care of their mental health beyond the presentation.

Renee integrates holistic wellness into her work as a certified herbalist, offering 100% natural herbal products designed to support mental and emotional wellbeing. Additionally, Renee offers mental health focused, guided journals, such as "Centered at the CORE", to support her presentations.
