I have been a software developer for over a decade focusing on Microsoft technologies from .net to SharePoint developer/administrator.
Originally from Mauritius, I did my first degree in Management with Information Systems where I discovered my passion about Microsoft technologies to improve processes and increase efficiency. I actively shares my knowledge and experiences through my blog and PnP open source repositories for several years and was honoured to have been awarded the MVP award in Jan 2024 in M365 development.

Building Confidence in AI: Strengthening Security for Copilot Agents
As Copilot Agents become a cornerstone of modern business workflows, ensuring their secure deployment, governance, and management has never been more critical. This session dives into practical, real-world strategies for implementing robust security controls that empower organizations to protect their Copilot ecosystem while fostering innovation.
Explore how to effectively manage agents built within platforms such as SharePoint and Copilot Studio using Microsoft 365 Graph. Learn to apply Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies to control access to channels, connectors, and generative AI capabilities—mitigating risks like unauthorized data exposure and unauthenticated usage.
We’ll also examine how author access controls can help establish guardrails for agent creation and management, enabling organizations to maintain governance without compromising agility. Attendees will gain a clear understanding of how to balance functionality with security, exploring both the limitations and opportunities within these platforms.
By the end of this session, you’ll walk away with actionable insights and best practices to secure your Copilot Agents, reinforce trust, and build a resilient foundation for safe, scalable AI innovation.
Securing Your Copilot Agents: Implementing Robust Security Controls
As Copilot agents become integral to modern workflows, ensuring their secure deployment and management is paramount. This session will focus on practical approaches to implementing robust security controls, empowering organizations to safeguard their Copilot ecosystem effectively.
The session will cover strategies to manage agents created within platforms like SharePoint and Copilot Studio using M365 Graph. Key topics include leveraging Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies to control access to channels, connectors, and generative AI capabilities, while also addressing unauthenticated usage risks.
Additionally, the session will cover author access controls, enabling organizations to establish guardrails for agent creation and usage. Participants will also gain insights into balancing functionality with security by addressing the limitations and opportunities of these platforms.
By the end of this session, attendees will be equipped with the knowledge to secure their Copilot agents and build a trustworthy foundation for innovation.
Bring Your Own Intelligence: Extending Microsoft 365 Copilot Agents with Azure AI and Ms Graph
What if your Copilot agent could reason over enterprise data and external intelligence at the same time? In this session, we’ll explore how to build declarative agents using the Microsoft 365 Agents Toolkit and TypeSpec that integrate Azure AI Services (like OpenAI and AI Search) and Microsoft Graph API. You’ll learn how to overcome authentication challenges, define multi-source actions, and create agents that deliver context-rich, secure, and scalable experiences across Microsoft 365.
Key Topics:
- Building declarative agents with TypeSpec and the M365 Agents Toolkit
- Integrating Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Search using API key authentication
- Connecting to Microsoft Graph API for CRUD operations and user context
- Handling multi-auth scenarios (API key + OAuth2/Entra ID)
Ask the Expert
Join us for an open and interactive Ask the Expert session designed for makers, developers, architects, and business leaders who want to deepen their understanding of AI, the Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft Copilot. Whether you're exploring new capabilities, facing implementation challenges, or looking for proven best practices, this session is your chance to ask anything.
In this live Q&A, we’ll dive into real-world scenarios, architectural considerations, governance strategies, adoption insights, and lessons learned from hands-on experience across customer engagements. From building responsible AI solutions to optimizing Power Platform environments, designing scalable Dynamics 365 implementations, or unlocking productivity with Copilot—no topic is off-limits.
Bring your questions, ideas, and challenges. Expect practical guidance, expert recommendations, and clarity on how to navigate the rapidly evolving Microsoft ecosystem.
Architecting multi-agent solutions with Copilot Studio vs. M365 Agents Toolkit
There are so many ways to build agents in M365 Copilot it can be quite confusing.
In this session we will cover the two most common tools: Copilot Studio and the Microsoft 365 Agents Toolkit.
We’ll show you how both tools can build intelligent, custom agents that are resilient, and scalable - but with a different approach.
We’ll also break down the architectural patterns behind multi‑agent design, from orchestration and delegation (of connected agents) to context‑sharing and guardrails.
Through live demos, you’ll see how Copilot Studio lowers the barrier to agent creation versus the M365 Agents Toolkit empowering developers to build more deeply customised agents using additional models, capabilities, knowledge, tools/actions that aren’t possible with Copilot Studio.
This session is aimed at architects, developers and power users looking for the possible when building your next agent. You should expect to leave this session with a head full of ideas on building multi-agent solutions, and crucially when to use which tool for each agent.
Architecting multi agent solutions using Copilot Studio
Building a single agent is easy. Designing a coordinated, resilient, production-grade multi-agent ecosystem is where the real engineering begins.
This session explores how Copilot Studio enables intelligent, purpose-built agents and how to combine them into scalable, secure multi-agent systems that operate effectively inside your organisation.
We’ll unpack the architectural patterns behind multi-agent design:
- Connected agents vs. child agents and why that decision directly impacts context retention, control, and scalability
- How to maintain context across multi-step workflows without constantly bouncing back to the orchestrator
- Guardrails, delegation strategies, and resilience patterns for production environments
CI/CD Pipelines within Azure DevOps using YAML with Workload Identity Federation
Consistent deployment of Power Platform solutions using Azure DevOps helps easier management and helps to comply with organization's deployment strategy. It is important to keep mission critical apps safe within a source repository as backup and prevent accidental loss of apps or data.
We need different environments : dev, test, uat and prod all serving their own objectives and using deployment can help to make it seamless. This session won't cover the set up of the environments and focus on building the CI/CD pipelines using YAML for deployment across different environment using the "Workload Identity Federation (Preview)" removing the need to rely on client secrets.
