Rhonda L. Hall is a highly experienced professional with a strong commitment to supporting the healthy development and academic success of young children. As the Director of Family and Community Partnerships at the University of Pittsburgh’s Office of Child Development, Rhonda brings over 25 years of expertise in working directly with families, schools, and community partners.

Previously, Rhonda served as a vital member of the Pittsburgh Public Schools Early Childhood Program in the Family Services division. She has a particular interest in collaborating with educators, families and community organizations to build strong and resilient families.

Rhonda is a highly regarded practitioner whose insights into early childhood education, family engagement and strengthening families are widely respected. She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every engagement, and her passion for supporting children and families is evident in her practice.
