Rhonda Spellmeier MBA, BSN RN served as a clinician and leader in Critical Access Hospital systems for over twenty-three years. These roles included bedside nursing in Med-Surg, ER, OB, Outpatient, Cardiopulmonary Rehab, Swing Bed, and Case Management. Additionally, she served as a nurse manager, clinical IT analyst, and Chief Nursing Officer. Rhonda was also a certified BLS and ACLS instructor for over fifteen years and taught various courses for adult learners. After earning an MBA in 2018 she began to focus on bridging the gap between clinicians and Health IT in hopes of improving not only patient outcomes, but clinician and patient satisfaction. Rhonda has been actively involved in many successful quality improvement initiatives throughout her career, with a recurrent theme of workflow improvement and the impact it has on outcome success.
