Ricardo has the Mission to Make Softtek and its Clients AI First. He is in charge of Softtek Labs, Innovation Labs focused primarily on: Deep Learning and Artificial Intelligence, Mixed Reality, Robotic Process Automation & Cognitive Automation and Blockchain. He also oversees Softtek Platforms Suite including Innotek for Idea Management and Innovation Adoption and FRIDA for Cognitive Automation among others. Ricardo is a Master Black Belt, ASQ senior member, an instructor of Personal Software Process, and a Team Software Process coach.
