Richa Solanki is an accomplished Data Engineering and Management professional with nearly two decades of experience leading data architecture, governance, and engineering initiatives. Currently serving as Manager of Data Management at Ally Bank, she drives critical data engineering and user adoption layer design efforts. Her leadership ensures the integrity, security, and high performance of data pipelines, playing a key role in transitioning legacy systems to modern, cloud-based architectures using tools like Snowflake, DBT, Qlik Replicate, and Collibra.
Richa has a strong track record of collaborating with stakeholders to enforce data governance policies, establish Critical Data Elements (CDEs), and implement PII masking strategies in compliance with industry standards. Her role blends deep technical expertise with strategic alignment, supporting near real-time analytics and business-driven decision-making.
Previously, Richa held senior data roles at Henry Ford Health, where she served as a key technical lead and subject matter expert (SME). She implemented scalable data solutions, championed the use of tools such DataStage, Congos, Oracle and Unix and led initiatives that reduced data redundancy, significantly cut maintenance effort, and improved data accuracy across the organization. Her work included integrating systems like Salesforce and TriZetto Facets for quote to card processes. She also implemented facets for insurance billing, claims & membership processes.
Earlier in her career at Accenture LLP, Richa served as Software Engineering Team Lead, leading large-scale teams on data warehouse and ETL implementations across industries, including healthcare , telecommunication and retail . She developed enterprise data solutions using Teradata, Oracle, Informatica, and DB2, and played a central role in optimizing performance and delivering scalable, cost-effective systems.
Richa’s work is grounded in strong academic training with a Master of Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering and a Bachelor of Technology from Kamla Nehru Institute of Technology.
