Richard is the CTO and co-founder at Qleet, a cloud native software startup. Richard was an early adopter of containers and ran Kubernetes in production for the first time in 2016. Subsequently, he was a field engineer at CoreOS, Heptio and VMware where he gained a wealth of experience helping numerous enterprises build out cloud native application platforms on Kubernetes. He is the co-author of an O'Reilly book called Production Kubernetes.
