Rich is a true marketer at heart. A student of Business and Marketing, Rich got his first agency experience as an Account Executive before progressing through the Client Services ranks to Client Services Director. This journey has given Rich a huge amount of experience with the Client/Agency and Multi-Agency relationships making him an expert in bringing these all-too-often disparate teams together under a united cause.
Now with over 17 years of agency experience, Rich heads up the true team as MD - ensuring they bring the best of true to every engagement. Rich has had the pleasure of working across a broad range of clients and sectors including automotive, leisure and IT. He is passionate about ‘tech that works’ and true’s unwavering commitment to offering effective digital solutions that deliver exceptional results for their clients.
Rich is also a member of the Umbraco Cloud Advisory Board.
