Richard Seal is a Principal Engineer for AI & Innovation at Sitecore with over 16 years of platform experience since 2009. A 7x Sitecore Technology MVP, Richard has helped major partners transition to modern headless architectures and successfully deliver XM Cloud implementations throughout his four-year tenure at Sitecore.
Richard created and delivered the Sitecore Accelerate for Partners program, a comprehensive cookbook for delivering XM Cloud projects at scale. He has also contributed to XM Cloud developer exam questions and instructor-led training courses.
Prior to Sitecore, Richard led teams that delivered award-winning implementations, including the Barclays ATP World Tour Finals website (Sitecore Site of the Year 2013, Webby Award winner).
