Rinor is a Cybersecurity Instructor at Cyber Academy in Kosovo, where he designs and delivers hands-on security training that bridges the gap between theory and real world practice.

His work spans both offensive and defensive security concepts, developing technical lab environments and training materials across a 12-module program that challenges students to think and operate like practitioners.

Through the Cyber Academy program, Rinor mentors the next generation of security professionals in Kosovo, guiding them through the full spectrum of modern cybersecurity, from attack techniques to detection and response. Outside the classroom, he continuously explores emerging technologies and experiments with security tools, bringing fresh, current perspectives into everything he teaches.
