Rob is Senior Manager, IS Program Management at Hyland Software creator of OnBase. He joined Hyland six years ago to help develop and coach a team dedicated to provide project management support and improve IS project delivery. Rob is a trained Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, has an Industrial and Systems Engineering degree from the University of Michigan – Dearborn, and a MBA from North Park University in Chicago, Illinois. Rob has been a speaker at quality and process excellence conferences. With ten years of experience in banking operations, ten years in the service/hospitality industry, and a couple years in manufacturing, his background provides several perspectives for process improvement.
