An experienced HR professional with a track record of delivering results through key people initiatives which centre on organisations enabling their talent to do their best work. Very much against “its the nice to do” and very much for measurement, user-experience and people centric full employee lifecycle strategy (also self-confessed tech geek!).

Highly experienced in the retail sector working for some household brands, also experienced more recently in the tech sector. Both sectors are fast paced, challenging and experiencing huge demographic change in the labour market right now.

I love working in tech, currently I am leading the People and Culture strategy for Ireland’s 11th Fastest Growing tech organisation, focusing on the whole employee lifecycle. Working with a great team across Ireland, Europe, the UK and North America with inspiring leadership and a dedicated, welcoming and innovative team.

I am an active advocate for the people professional volunteering to serve the profession through the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (the CIPD) in which I hold Chartered Membership. I can regularly be seen facilitating branch events in Northern Ireland and also hold the core position of Secretary on the committee until June 2022, when I stand for nomination for the position of Vice Chair of the committee. This position enables me to learn from some exceptionally talented HR Professionals, Researchers and Public bodies, but in addition enables me to network and influence the CIPD’s local strategy for delivering to our membership.
