Rob Weaver, a retired Navy officer with a distinguished 30-year service record, embarked on a journey to find his purpose post-retirement. He is a Relator and enjoys helping people find a place to call home. Rob explored various roles before finding his true calling. His journey led him to Warrior Week at Camp Southern Ground, a pivotal experience where he realized his career leading sailors translated to coaching individuals on the civilian side. He accepted a position as the Assistant Program Manager of Warrior Week, and in December 2023, he became a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach. Rob is dedicated to empowering veterans, business leaders, and local government officials, teaching them to harness their strengths for effective teamwork and goal achievement. His work is characterized by a deep commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive environment. Rob works hand-in-hand with community partners to drive meaningful change, and he supports veterans in their transition to successful and fulfilling civilian lives.

Outside of his professional life, Rob shares his journey with his loving wife, Stephanie. They are proud parents to four amazing children: Tyler, Kyle, Karly, and Nathaniel. Their family calls Williamson, Georgia, home, and they are accompanied by their ever-faithful labradoodle, Oreo.
