Robb started experimenting with LEGO® in his coaching before realising that LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® was a thing. Now a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation and a trainer in the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY method, Robb combines the two to create powerful, lasting change in individuals. He also uses the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY method to help teams and groups get hands-on with their thinking, communicate with more clarity, and solve complex problems.
Outside of work, Robb loves spending time with his Family; the works and parks of Disney; and sampling whiskies from around the world.
