I started as a software engineer, working internationally for prominent organizations. These experiences taught me that creating value was more important than just writing great code, sparking my interest in leadership and the idea that leadership skills should be accessible to everyone.

Driven by this belief, I earned an MBA, during which I redefined my professional mission: helping others take ownership of their lives. I believe everyone can learn to take ownership, regardless of their rank, forming the foundation of my coaching approach.
