Robert Gezelter, Ph.D, DFCP, has over 30 years of experience collecting electronically-stored evidence. He has spoken extensively on electronically stored data in litigation contexts. He was also a Contributor to the Computer Security Handbook from the Third Edition (1995) to the Sixth Edition (2016?).

Dr. Gezelter did a three-year appoiintment to the IEEE Computer Society's Distinguished Visitor Program starting in 2004. The IEEE Computer Society names Dr. Gezelter a Distinguished Contributor in 2021.

He has testified on electronic evidence before State Courts and US District Courts.
