Robert Mayer is an AI Business Expert in the CIO/CDO Office at IAV, one of the leading automotive engineering companies with over 6,500 employees across 25 locations worldwide. He is responsible for the company-wide AI strategy and, together with his team, has built the internal AI community "Hi AI" with more than 3,500 active members, established a use-case pipeline of 160+ applications, and co-developed the award-winning IAV WisdomBot (1st place, VOICE Award 2024).
Dr. Michael Reichel is a Senior Specialist for AI-Infused Engineering at IAV. As a PhD engineer (TU Braunschweig), he combines deep technical expertise with the ability to integrate AI solutions into existing engineering processes. He has been instrumental in driving the development of Devpanion — IAV's AI-powered tool for requirements validation that delivers up to 53% time savings and is used by more than 330 engineers in their daily work today.
