How are you performing as a leader of a development team? Is it easy? It’s not easy, and it’s never going to be. Each unit is different, and each leader is different. If you want to enhance your skills as a leader and to stand face to face with a secret of efficient and communicative leadership, this talk is for you. During the discourse, we will go through 6 significant steps and approaches to find the answer on how to be a great leader and how to make your development team happy. I’m not guaranteeing you, that you’re going find the right solution for each situation, but definitely to improve and raise your soft skills to the next level, improving your team workflow and performance at the same time. Switch off the primary conditional nature
As engineers, our everyday code is packed with multiple conditionals or switch statements. In many cases, it might be unreusable, hard to maintain, and it won't include extensibility. You might scratch your head while thinking how to write multiple conditionals and switch statements in a maintainable and a clean way that allow you and your mates to pick it up later in the process. How many times did you catch yourself while coming back to your old code that it is not maintainable and you can't find yourself in this anymore? The art of writing essential sections of your code, covered by conditionals is not quickly achievable. It requires practice, knowledge of advanced and reusable JavaScript patterns and ideas at this very moment. In this talk, I want to walk you through highly reusable and sophisticated approaches, when applied, they provide organised structure and a clear path to add more and more core conditionals.
