Robin Rowe is the CEO of Heroic Robots, founded to create robots that save lives, and CEO of the Baltimore AI research institute Fountain Abode. Architect of MCARE 3D worldwide telemedicine platform, created in collaboration with the United Nations with a $1-million-dollar metaverse grant from Facebook Reality Labs. Winner Novartis Biome innovation prize for disease analysis using AI. Creator of the memory safe TrapC extension to the C programming language (ISO C Committee whitepaper N3423).

Professor Rowe teaches AI Object-Oriented Vibe Programming (OOVP) in C++ at CCBC, the Community College of Baltimore County. Serving 50,000 students annually, CCBC educates more students than Harvard, MIT and Princeton combined. CCBC is the largest workforce education college in the Washington D.C. region, training students working primarily in defense and healthcare. Professor Rowe previously taught computer science at the Naval Postgraduate School (Advanced C++) and at the University of Washington (Intermediate C++).
