Before joining Mercedes-Benz Tech Innovation GmbH in 2022, Jan spent almost two decades in the IT industry. There he designed, developed and architected (cloud-) applications for various leading companies in the retail and energy sector. He used to implement applications in Java whenever possible. However, since he recently broadened his focus and learned to love Go, he started contributing to various CNCF projects.
