He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Mississippi (2012) and has been an Enrolled Agent by the IRS since 2018.

Prior to joining RP Financial Services, Roger honed his leadership skills as a manager for large and mid-sized corporations, where he oversaw teams, supply chains, and demand management.

Roger is passionate about helping others, a trait he discovered while assisting veterans during his college years. Additionally, he has been a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner since 2008 and teaches self-defense to students in Broomfield, CO.
