Rohit is an AI Practice Lead and Enterprise Architect with close to 20 years of experience spanning McKinsey, Accenture, Sapient, Avanade, and Capgemini. He works at the intersection of AI strategy, software engineering, and enterprise architecture — advising organizations on how to move from AI experimentation to institutional, production-grade intelligence.

He is the creator of AEGIS, an AI-augmented software delivery lifecycle (XDLC) framework designed to help engineering teams rethink how software gets built, tested, and governed in an AI-native world. He holds TOGAF Enterprise Architect certification, is a SAFe Agilist and is also a certified career coach, giving him a dual lens on both the technical and human sides of organizational change.
