Roina Ochieng is a Lead Technical Product Manager at Food for Education, with a background in computer science and backend engineering. She transitioned from developer relations to product management, gaining experience in logistics, APIs, and developer tooling. Prior to her current role, Roina served as a Program Manager in the Microsoft Graph team at Microsoft.

Roina's passion for social impact led her to the non-profit sector, where she heads the Tap2Eat application, benefiting 100,000 children daily. The app won the Microsoft Global Hackathon.

As an expert in agile product management and scaling, Roina presented at the ADP List Global Product Day Conference in 2022 on social impact metrics. She's dedicated to accessibility in product design and storytelling for niche demographics.

Under her leadership, the Food for Education team achieved a remarkable 5x growth in product scope and impact in just nine months.
