I am currently structuring a $40M+ tokenized resort development in The Bahamas, combining luxury real estate with blockchain technology under the DARE Act framework. My understanding of the Bahamian regulatory landscape, including the DARE Act and SEC compliance for US investors, allows me to navigate the complexities of tokenizing real-world assets.
