I like to say that I draw what customers need until it gets built, taking a design-driven approach to shipping software by starting with the customer problem and working backwards to the technology. I have deep experience with Salesforce.com, and have spent most of my 25+ year career in cloud computing with a focus on B2B SaaS. I’m the product owner for Salesforce’s hosted MCP server capability. It’s exciting to move Salesforce into the era of agentic integration—supercharged by generative AI.
