Ross Franklin is the founder and CEO of Pure Green Franchise, a cold-pressed juice, smoothie and acai brand with products trusted by athletes across the NBA, NFL, NHL and MLB. Before founding the company, he spent more than a decade in fitness, managing premium clubs including The Sports Center at Chelsea Piers in New York. He opened the first Pure Green in Manhattan in 2014 and built the company without venture capital or private equity. In 2016 he launched a wholesale division with central cold-pressed production, which lets franchisees run smaller stores with lower labor. Ross was named to the Forbes Next 1000 in 2021, closed an advisory deal with Spartan founder Joe De Sena on Entrepreneur's Elevator Pitch in 2023, and wrote The Founder Success Formula, a #1 Amazon bestseller in business categories.
