I’m a former Microsoft CSA and MTC Technical Architect for Data & AI and have been designing and building data systems since 1990. I've worked in a variety of platforms such as MS SQL Server, Oracle, IBM DB2 and xBase languages like FoxPro/FoxBase and Clipper. My work has also led me to technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and more lately, Azure Databricks, Azure ML and Cognitive Services.
These days, my wife and I live in her hometown of Wichita, Kansas - home to general aviation manufacturers Learjet, Cessna, Beechcraft and Boeing; Actors Hattie McDaniel (Gone with the Wind),and Don Johnson (Miami Vice), Eagles guitarist Joe Walsh and Ann Dunham - President Obama's mother - all Wichitans.
