Russ Rutledge is the Executive Director of the InnerSource Commons, a non-profit foundation dedicated to the teaching of InnerSource across the industry. Russ is a founding director of the Foundation and has served in many leadership positions there. Russ has participated at all levels of InnerSource practice at several multi-national software companies. His passion is to enable all software engineers worldwide to achieve incredible results via streamlined, collaborative, InnerSource process.
